Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, and Other Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable content are final. Refunds are not available for these items unless there is a proven technical issue that prevents access to the purchased content.
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us at Books@JonOrwell.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or, in rare cases, issue a refund at our discretion.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)
Refunds or exchanges for physical products are accepted under the following conditions:
1. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. The item purchased is not part of a multi-product promotional item, such as a free item sent with the book.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Books@JonOrwell.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
• Personalized or signed books.
• Limited edition or collector’s items.
• Items purchased through third-party sellers.
• Items purchased as part of a multi-product promotional item, such as a free item sent with the book. In the case of a free promotional item sale, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, email Books@JonOrwell.com with:
1. Your order number.
2. A description of the issue.
3. Photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
