Eligibility for Returns

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Personalized or signed books.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
• Books that come with free promotional items (e.g., AI Apocalypse Hat).

If a return is accepted the promotional item must be returned unused.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks):

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final and non-refundable, unless there is a proven technical issue that prevents access to the product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

2. Provide your order number and include photos of the damage.
3. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, where applicable.
